Macy’s Gift Cards | 2019-2025
As the lead designer of the Macy’s Gift Card team, I have partnered with many freelance illustrators and design agencies to art direct and produce new seasonal gift card collections. The designs stay true to the Macy’s brand identity, while introducing a fresh aesthetic to increase consumer sales of the cards in-store and online. My responsibilities include overseeing the gift card creation process through from start to finish— starting from gift card ideation, research and analysis, talent sourcing, art direction, feedback decks, all the way to collaborating with print vendors to deliver files for print production. Additionally, I design marketing material to promote the newest collections. Deliverables include in-store signage, POS toppers, printed onserts, LED Jumbotron videos, web page banners, emails, and sitelets.
